New Gallery not displaying
« on: March 22, 2012, 12:56:10 PM »
I'm using RSGallery2 3 10 on Joomla 2.5.3 and have set up several galleries successfully. Now when I go to create a new gallery, everything seems fine but when I hit Save I don't get the usual Gallery Saved Successful message and the gallery does not show on the frontend. If I hit Save and Close there is a short delay and then the window will close, but it still doesn't appear. I have checked all the permissions and all is correct. The new gallery however, appears on the cpanel list and I can go in and edit it. but the same problem persists.  Help please!!!!!

Could you please give the PHP and MySql version as well? Just in case...

Can you turn on Joomla's Debug as well and set Error Reporting to Maximum? Do you get any messages then?

You have been able to set up galleries before without problems. Did you change anything since then? E.g. Joomla upgrade or other things?

Does a reinstall of RSGallery 3.1.0 correct the behaviour?
Suddenly on maternity leave: our baby boy was born a few weeks early, he's doing well now.
For the next couple of weeks I won't available, for true emergences pm locutusweb please.

I hope that RSGallery2 users will help each other out in the mean time.
