Joomla! 2.5.0 and RSGallery2 3.1.0 released

Yesterday Joomla 2.5.0 was born and within 24 hours our developer Mirjam released the Joomla 2.5.0 compatible RSGallery2 3.1.0! A really marvellous piece of work. The announcement of the release is here.

When I installed ver 2_3.1.0 on  joomla 2.5.4 I got this error: 
Another menu item with the same parent has this alias
Error building Admin Menus
Component Install: DB function reports no errors

I don't see any reference to rsgalley2 anywhere anyidea what is going on?

Suddenly on maternity leave: our baby boy was born a few weeks early, he's doing well now.
For the next couple of weeks I won't available, for true emergences pm locutusweb please.

I hope that RSGallery2 users will help each other out in the mean time.

Could the reason be this?:

If you trash a menu item, it's not really removed from your system until you empty the trash.
From the drop-down -Select status- select Trashed. It will show all the items that you thought were removed.

Sorry if this is irreleveant, but it used to confuse me when learning Joomla! 1.6/1.7/2.5

Nicholas Dionysopoulos, the developer of Akeeba Backup, posted a bug report where he mentions what the cause is:

Yeah, I was barking the other tree ;D - successfully missed the _Admin_ part.

Then again, maybe the original question was wrong. If she/he had asked something like what time it is, then I'd been able to address it better. I guess.

BTW we seem to be way off topic by now.
