Simplified Chinese files

Rsgallery2 has a translation to simplified chinese in the Languages folder, but not on the Prepared Languages folder. Therefore, it does not install the simplified chinese when installing the software. What do I have to do to to install the simplified chinese, or is anybody going to put the simplified chinese into the Prepared Languages?
