translating rsgallery 1.14.3 to windows 1225 encoding

Hello
latest rsgallery is translated to hebrew but uses UTF8 encoding.
my page is using the old windows 1225 encoding.
I want to adjust the new rsgallery for my page, for that i need to change the existing translation to windows 1225 or to translate to windows 1225 from scratch.
any ideas wich 1 can be done more easily?
