"Not Acceptable" Error Attempting to Install RSGallery2 in J 2.5.3

I get the following error (which does not appear when installing other components) when trying to install the latest RSGallery2 in Joomla 2.5.3.  Any ideas for a cause/fix?

It's not limited to RSGallery2, or Joomla, these warnings are given for all kinds of applications.

Can you find out what triggers this mod_security? For example, this post (http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=267&t=264763#p1206570) shows part of the logs where there are a number of "ModSecurity" entries. These would be interesting.

Otherwise, could you contact your host and ask them what is triggering this "Not Acceptable" message?
